Meet Your Instructor 

Sabrina Gardner, MSW, LICSW, is a clinical social worker with experience in pediatric emergency medicine, crisis intervention, integrated behavioral health, and outpatient therapy. She currently serves children, adolescents, and families in a pediatric emergency department and maintains a private practice working with adolescents and adults. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals navigating trauma, grief, mental health crises, and complex life stressors.Drawing from her experience in high-acuity healthcare settings, Sabrina is passionate about supporting the well-being of helping professionals and fostering sustainable, trauma-informed workplaces. She has a particular interest in moral injury and reflective supervision with the goal of supporting clinicians in maintaining their own well-being while continuing to provide compassionate care.
