Chantel Hayes, LSWAIC
Chantel Hayes is a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) and trauma-informed mental health therapist with experience providing behavioral health services to traumatized and vulnerable populations throughout the Pierce County community. Her work includes crisis intervention, behavioral health, and trauma-informed clinical care across diverse settings. Chantel is passionate about fostering ethical, reflective, and culturally responsive supervision practices that support clinician development and quality client care. Her approach is grounded in Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADEI) principles, with a commitment to bridging social work values and equitable supervision practices to promote culturally responsive, mindful, and ethical clinical practice.
Kian Leggett, LICSW
Kian Leggett, LICSW (they/them), is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, WA state-approved supervisor, and certified Sexual Minority Mental Health Specialist. After graduating from the University of Washington with their MSW in 2014, they provide socially conscious, trans- inclusive, LGBTQIAA+ individual therapy, clinical supervision, community education, and professional consultation. They specialize in providing gender affirming care and supporting other providers in best practices when working with queer, trans* and gender nonconforming people.
